Jeff Sandell, owner of Sandell Construction, has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry. He earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the California State University, Chico. Prior to starting his business, he worked for Perini Corporation and S.J. Amoroso Construction on multi-use commercial and educational buildings. Mr. Sandell has been licensed in the state of California since 1992. Possessing both the California State General Building (B) and General Engineering (A) licenses enables Sandell Construction to manage and execute all phases of your unique and special project.

Our crew has been with us for more than a decade. We have a team of subcontractors we have been working with for many years. This collaboration creates a reliable workforce that clients can trust to meet all their expectations.

Mr. Sandell has expertise in analyzing, evaluating and interpreting drawings and specifications while collaborating with architects, engineers and other trade professionals.
